Minute Order No. 23-81: Approved Consent Agenda Item Nos. 6-29 with Supervisor Barajas recusing himself from Agenda Item No. 15. Additionally, comments on Agenda Item No. 15 were made stating one of the agreements with the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, relating to County funding, was being removed from the agenda and will be considered at a future meeting.

Approved Agreement No. 23-225 on Consent. The agreement with the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation providing County funding to support the Capay Valley Health and Community Center project was removed to a future meeting. Motion passed 3:1 with Supervisor Barajas recusing himself on this item.

Approve first amendment to memorandum of understanding with Mercy New Hope, L.P. dba Mercy Housing Management Group to update the unit set-asides and the homeless and disability requirements which oversee the delivery and coordination of the housing project known as West Beamer Place in Woodland, with a zero-dollar amount for the period beginning October 23, 2018. The initial term of this MOU began October 23, 2018 and will automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month terms unless either party provides thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of non-renewal. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)
