The Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board met on the 15th day of November, 2023, starting at 9:00 a.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, Woodland, California.

Mr. Samadi did not appear but called the appraiser the night before the hearing indicating he had a family emergency and would not be able to attend the hearing and requested a postponement. Chief Deputy Assessor George Galang and Real Property Appraiser Whitney Hernandez addressed the Board.
