(personnel staffing, not to exceed $407,008) for services related to the operation and maintenance of the Wild Wings Golf Course in substantially the forms provided; ratify agreements with Michael Facciuto (greens maintenances consultant, $78,000) and Tim Pulley (pro shop services, $45,000) related to the Wild Wings Golf Course; and delegate authority to the County Administrative Officer or the County Administrative Officer's designee to approve amendments to the foregoing agreements so long as the "not to exceed" amount of each agreement is not increased and County Counsel's office approves as to form.
