Receive the 2024-25 3rd Quarter Budget Monitoring Report, adopt a budget resolution amending the 2024-25 revenues and appropriations, approve amendments to the 2024-25 Authorized Equipment List, and approve the Recommended Budget for fiscal year 2025-26. (General fund impact $131,246,877) (Webb/Haynes/Liddicoet) (30 minutes)
 


Elaine Roberts Musser addressed the Board of Supervisors on this item. Additionally, written comments from the Commission on Aging and Adult Services, Yolo County Farm Bureau and In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee were placed into the record.

Minute Order No. 25-46: Approved recommended actions by Budget Resolution No. 24-127.37 and Resolution No. 25-69 with direction to 1) unfund rather than eliminate 10 Health and Human Services positions; 2) restore the Trapper program; and 3) provide greater transparency regarding cannabis uses and decisions. Additionally, Supervisor Barajas recused himself on any appropriations associated with RISE, Inc. that are within the budget.
