Approve ninth amendment to Agreement No. 22-135 with Willow Glen Care Center to add funding in the amount of $236,337 to fiscal year (FY) 2024-25, resulting in a new contract maximum of $7,036,055, for the agreement term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026, and to increase optional fiscal year 2026-27 funding by $600,000 for the provision of mental health services, including board and care, psychiatric and mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) residential facilities. The additional funds are required to support the anticipated increase in residential placement needs associated with the implementation of Senate Bill 43 (SB43) which expands conservatorpship eligibility and expanded service demand.
