Slotten to extend the term for one-year to June 30, 2027, and increase the maximum compensation by $210,000 to a new maximum of $810,000 to conduct mercury monitoring prescribed by Section 10-5.517(Mercury Bioaccumulation in Fish) of the County’s Surface Mining and Reclamation Ordinance.
