Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 17769, with Matthews Backhoe, Inc., for the demolition of the Coronado Apartments located at 1714 East Broadway.
Item Summary
A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued for demolition of property at 1714 East Broadway. The current structure at that location is unsafe. It has become a hazard and is dangerous, due to the possibility of it collapsing. Orders for Demolition have been issued by the City of Lubbock Municipal Court.
