Move City Council approve Final Plat PLT21-0001, The Village At College Park located on the east side of Price Frontage Road, south of Elliot Road, as recommended by staff.

Subject site is 3.8506 acres in size
Zoned Planned Area Development District (PAD) for multifamily development
Purpose:
The plat formally defines the lots and tracts, establishes the necessary easements, and dedicates the required rights-of-way to be conveyed or dedicated as part of developing the site in substantial conformance with the Council-approved zoning. The zoning was approved by City Council on December 7, 2020. The final plat is a necessary component of the entitlement and permitting process.
