Proposed Motion:
Move City Council approve Final Plat PLT19-0046 Carino Commons Commercial located at the northwest corner of Queen Creek Road and Arizona Avenue, as recommended by staff.

Purpose:
The plat creates the lots and tracts, establishes the necessary easements, and dedicates the required rights-of-way to be conveyed or dedicated as part of developing the site in substantial conformance with the Council approved zoning. The Zoning was approved by the Council in 1997. The applicant's request is to formally plat lots 1 and 3 and to consolidate lot 2 into a single parcel (formerly 2 lots). No new lots are being created.
