Background/Discussion:
This full-service contract incorporates the landscape maintenance and improvement requirements for areas along the public roadways and around the Terminal building at the Chandler Municipal Airport. The enhancements include installation of approximately 900 tons of landscape rock, 25 new trees, and 225 new five-gallon shrubs.
The total project completion time is 90 days following Notice to Proceed. All work shall meet the most current Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) specifications and standard details as modified by the City. Additionally, the contract requires the contractor to maintain the specified areas for 90 days after conditional acceptance by the City.
