Creating 35 residential lots and 3 open area tracts
Purpose:
The subject site received zoning for a single family residential subdivision on October 11, 2021. The property was zoned to PAD from AG-1 zoning to allow for the development of this project. The property is bounded by Cooper Road to the east, a church to the south, a private park affiliated with the same church to the west, and the City's Homestead North Park to the north.
The final plat will create 35 residential lots and three open area tracts for amenities. The final plat establishes the lots, tracts, easements, and rights of way to be conveyed or dedicated as part of developing the site in substantial conformance with the Council-approved zoning and Preliminary Development Plan (PDP). The Final Plat is a necessary component of the entitlement and permitting process for the proposed development.
