Resolution No. 5660 Approving the Abandonment of a Portion of the Temporary Drainage and Retention Easements No Longer Needed for Public Use Located on the Southeast Corner of Arizona Avenue and Balsam Drive
Proposed Motion:
Move City Council pass and adopt Resolution No. 5660 approving the abandonment of a portion of the temporary drainage and retention easements no longer needed for public use located on the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Balsam Drive.
Background:
SREG Arizona Ave, LLC ("SREG"), is developing a Dunkin Donuts store at the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Balsam Drive. SREG needs to revise the existing temporary drainage and retention easements and reconfigure them to conform to their project. As a result, a portion of the existing temporary drainage and retention easements is no longer required for public use and is being abandoned.
Staff has reviewed and approved the legal descriptions and easement documents.
