Proposed Motion:

Move for recommendation to the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for approval of the State Liquor Job No. 381836, a Series 13, Domestic Farm Winery License, for Alison Marie Buckler, Agent, Valley & Vine, LLC, DBA Down Time Wines, located at 393 W. Warner Road, Suite 109, and approval of the City of Chandler, Series 13, Domestic Farm Winery License No. 311496.

Discussion:

This application for a liquor license was posted for hearing on April 9, 2026.

The Police Department reports no objections to the issuance of this license. With a Series 13, Domestic Farm Winery License, the business may serve wine samples and sell wine produced or manufactured on the premises for consumption on or off the premises.

May serve wine produced or manufactured on the premises for the purpose of sampling.
