Proposed Motion:

Move for recommendation to the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for approval of the State Liquor Job No. 380844, a Series 11, Hotel/Motel Liquor License, for Andrea Dahlman Lewkowitz, Agent, Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler, located at 1200 W. Ocotillo Road, and approval of the City of Chandler, Series 11, Hotel/Motel Liquor License No. 311099.

Discussion:

This application for a liquor license was posted for hearing on April 9, 2026.

The Police Department reports no objections to the issuance of this license. With a Series 11, Hotel/Motel Liquor License, the business may sell all alcoholic beverages for on-premise consumption only.
