Annexation of approximately 10 acres and initial City Zoning

Proposed Motion:
Move City Council introduce and tentatively adopt Ordinance No. 4966 approving the annexation of approximately 10 acres and Initial City Zoning - east of the southeast corner of Chandler Heights and Cooper roads as recommended by Planning staff.
