Proposed Motion:

Move for recommendation to the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for approval of the State Liquor Job No. 337993, a Series 10, Beer and Wine Store Liquor License, for Andrea Dahlman Lewkowitz, Agent, Trimark Chandler Hospitality II, LLC, DBA TownePlace Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center, located at 3635 W. Chandler Boulevard, and approval of the City of Chandler, Series 10, Beer and Wine Store Liquor License No. 305670.

Discussion:

This application for a liquor license was posted for hearing on June 12, 2025.

Staff requests a recommendation for this liquor license as the establishment does not have an interim liquor license permit with the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLLC) and desires to begin serving alcohol. The DLLC allows 60 days for the City to provide a recommendation for a liquor license application. This recommendation for approval by the Local Governing Body will be within 60 days allowing the applicant to proceed with their new liquor license application process.

The Police Department reports no objections to the issuance of this license. With a Series 10, Beer and Wine Store Liquor License, the business may sell beer and wine only for off-premise consumption.
