Subject:

Move the Airport Commission recommend Council approve Ordinance 5134, approving the first Amendment to Lease No. 018 with Chandler Air Service, Inc. extending the time to complete construction of improvements to no later than August 31, 2026 and revising the original Exhibit D, Landlord Consent and Agreement, to incorporate certain terms required by the Lender, and further consenting to assignment of the Lease. This recommendation is contingent upon the receipt of certain due diligence documents to be provided to the City including, but not limited to, insurance certificates, corporate assignment documentation, and payment and performance bonds.
