Proposed Motion:
Move City Council approve Final Plat PLT20-0022, Queen Creek Commerce Center, located at the southwest corner of Queen Creek Road and Hamilton Street, as recommended by Development Services Staff.

Zoned Planned Area Development District (PAD) for office/warehouse/industrial; 2013
A single lot, no new lots being created
Purpose:
The final plat establishes the lots, tracts, easements and rights of way to be conveyed or dedicated as part of developing the site in substantial conformance with the Council-approved rezoning. The zoning was approved by the City Council on November 7, 2013. There has been no further activity on the property until recently, when building and civil engineering plans for two flex industrial buildings were submitted for staff review. The final plat is a necessary component of the entitlement and permitting process.
