Proposed Motion:

Move for recommendation for approval of the application for a Tele-Track Wagering Facility Site license within Trophy Sports+Cards+Spirits, located at 2551 W. Queen Creek Road, Suite 4, for TP Racing, LLLP, DBA Turf Paradise.

Discussion:

This application is for a new Tele-Track Wagering Facility Site license was posted for hearing on September 12, 2024.

Staff requests a recommendation for this Tele-Track Wagering Facility Site license within Trophy Sports+Cards+Spirits, located at 2551 W. Queen Creek Road, Suite 4, for TP Racing, LLLP, DBA Turf Paradise.

No objections to the issuance of this license have been received from the Police, Fire, or Development Services departments. The applicant has met all the requirements of City Code Section 58-1.1-3 and all fees have been paid.
