Proposed Motion:

Move for recommendation to the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for approval of the State Liquor Job No. 300299, a Series 10, Beer and Wine Store Liquor License, for Wassim Nazih Suliman, Agent, F & W Gas, LLC, DBA Arco AM PM #42525, located at 1735 S. Cooper Road, and approval of the City of Chandler, Series 10, Beer and Wine Store Liquor License No. 307677.

Discussion:

This application for a liquor license was posted for hearing on September 12, 2024.

The Police Department reports no objections to the issuance of this license, and no written protests pursuant to A.R.S. 4-201(B) have been received. With a Series 10, Beer and Wine Store Liquor License, the business may sell beer and wine only for off-premise consumption.
