Ambulance Cab & Chassis Purchase

Summary:
Fire Department requests the purchase of two (2) Ford F-450 cab and cassis with an ambulance preparation package. The price for each chassis is $74,387.90 on state contract pricing. The purchase of these chassis will allow adequate GVWR for the ambulance boxes.
Fiscal Impact:
This item was not budgeted in FY 25/26. There is a budget amendment included on this same agenda in the amount of $148,775.80 that would fund this purchase.
Action:
Discussion and consideration to issue a purchase order to McLarty Ford in the amount of $148,775.80 for the purchase of two Ford F-450 cab and chassis with ambulance preparation package, and to authorize payment.
