Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3).

Legal advice regarding the proposed development by Capri Development LLC at 19 W. Birch Avenue, and the process and standards for approvals made by the Heritage Preservation Commission, including but not limited to certificates of appropriateness.
