Summary of Request/Problem
This initial discussion will be an opportunity for the members of Council to communicate any proposed amendments that should be brought forth in January of 2024, for formal adoption. Council will meet at another work session in January to formally adopt the 2024 Council Policies & Procedures.
Recommendation/Action Requested and Justification
There are currently two items the Administrative Services Committee has recommended as amendments that will be incorporated into the discussion – (1) Disruption of Meetings and (2) City Assistance with Non-profit events.
