Item Title: T-Mobile Cellular Site Lease Extension

ISSUE

T-Mobile South LLC has owned and maintained cellular equipment mounted on the Lawler Road Water Tower located at 625 Lawler Road since July 14, 2000. The original lease has been amended six times over the last 23 years. The current lease agreement will expire on October 31, 2026. T-Mobile LLC desires to enter into a Seventh Amended Agreement which will commence on November 1, 2026 and will extend the lease until October 31, 2031.

Council reviewed the Lease Agreement at the May 15, 2023, Work Session.

RECOMMENDATION

Recommend Council approve the T-Mobile Cellular Site Lease Extension.
