CALL TO ORDER
				The meeting was called to order at 12:03 p.m. by Chairman Love.

				There were no public comments.
BUSINESS
	1.			2025 SPRING EVENT DISCUSSION (CHAIR NANCY LOVE, LISA PAULOS, CINDY BRAUN)
				Commissioner Chairman Love introduced the Spring 2025 events that will involve Commission participation: Jazz in the Park on February 15, 2025. Theater in the Park on March 15, 2025. Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival on March 29, 2025. The committee discussed meaningful ways to engage with the community and promote the Arts & Culture in Goodyear during these events. Commissioner Paulos proposed a mingle-style approach, where Commissioners would circulate the event, engage with attendees, and distribute informational materials. For Theater in the Park, Commissioner Chairman Love suggested providing 6-foot coloring sheets on tables for a passive activity. Commissioners will also manage the “Box Office,” distributing playbills and SWAG. At the Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival, Coordinator Ruiz recommended offering friendship bracelet-making as an interactive activity. Commissioner Paulos suggested exploring pre-made kits to streamline the process. Committee Chairman Love welcomed Commissioner Braun, emphasizing that these events provide valuable opportunities for Commissioners to connect with each other and the community they serve. Commissioner Braun expressed excitement for the upcoming events.
