CALL TO ORDER
				Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Joe Pizzillo; Vice Mayor Laura Kaino; Councilmember Sheri Lauritano; Councilmember Wally Campbell; Councilmember Bill Stipp; Councilmember Brannon Hampton; Councilmember Vicki Gillis Staff Present: Wynette Reed, City Manager; Roric Massey, City Attorney; Lyman Locket, Human Resources Director; Jasmine Pernicano, Deputy City Clerk
BUSINESS A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
	1.			Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(A)(1): Discussion with the City Manager regarding her annual performance evaluation.

				MOTION BY Councilmember Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Bill Stipp to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Mayor Joe Pizzillo, Vice Mayor Laura Kaino, Councilmember Sheri Lauritano, Councilmember Wally Campbell, Councilmember Bill Stipp, Councilmember Brannon Hampton, Councilmember Vicki Gillis Passed - Unanimously
				Council moved into Executive Session at 5:01 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
				Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 6:36 p.m.
RECONVENING OF SPECIAL MEETING
				Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:36 p.m. Councilmember Stipp left the meeting at 6:36 p.m.
CONTINUATION OF BUSINESS
	2.			Council may consider for possible action adjustments to the City Manager's compensation and contract.

				MOTION BY Councilmember Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Vicki Gillis to INCREASE the City Manager's base pay by 3.5% and continue 10% deferred compensation contribution, and to authorize the Mayor to execute an amendment to City Manager Wynette Reed's employment agreement to remove the cap on sick leave payout upon retirement. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Mayor Joe Pizzillo, Vice Mayor Laura Kaino, Councilmember Sheri Lauritano, Councilmember Wally Campbell, Councilmember Brannon Hampton, Councilmember Vicki Gillis Other: Councilmember Bill Stipp (Absent) Passed - Unanimously
ADJOURNMENT
