CALL TO ORDER
				Chair Kaino called the Goodyeat Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chair Laura Kaino; Vice Chair Jay Mathias; Boardmember Jason Costello; Boardmember Jason Bayer; Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Staff Present: Board Attorney Lesli Sorensen; Board Secretary Jasmine Pernicano; Alternate Secretary Viviana Monge; Human Resources Director Lyman Locket; Benefits Analyst Chanda Washington; Benefits Analyst Maria Carillo
				Board Attorney Sorensen participated remotely via Teams videoconference.
PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments.
BUSINESS
	1.			APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the draft minutes of the December 5, 2025 Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting.

				MOTION BY Vice Chair Jay Mathias, SECONDED BY Boardmember Teresa Kuleff to APPROVE the draft minutes of the December 5, 2024 Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Chair Laura Kaino, Vice Chair Jay Mathias, Boardmember Jason Costello, Boardmember Jason Bayer, Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Passed - Unanimously
	2.			Review, discussion and possible action on the applications and medical records for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System. Jared Lowe Matthew Lydic

				MOTION BY Vice Chair Jay Mathias, SECONDED BY Boardmember Jason Costello to ACCEPT the applications for Jared Lowe and Matthew Lydic with pre-existing conditions for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement system. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Chair Laura Kaino, Vice Chair Jay Mathias, Boardmember Jason Costello, Boardmember Jason Bayer, Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Passed - Unanimously
EXECUTIVE SESSION There was no Executive Session held.
SEPARATIONS
	3.			Acknowledge the following separations: David Farrow 1/01/2025 Neil Brillhart entering DROP 1/18/2025 Eugene Hindman retiring from DROP 1/31/2025 Timothy Milkovich entering DROP 2/01/2025 Tom Mercy retiring from DROP 2/28/2025 The Board acknowledged the separations listed.
INFORMATION ITEMS Chair Kaino thanked all sworn members for their continued service in 2025.
NEXT MEETING The next meeting for the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board is tentatively scheduled for March 27, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
