CALL TO ORDER
				Chair Kaino called the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chair Laura Kaino; Vice Chair Jay Mathias; Boardmember Michael Gugel; Boardmember Patrick Doyle; Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Staff Present: Lesli Sorensen, Board Attorney; Jasmine Pernicano, Board Secretary; Viviana Monge, Alternate Secretary; Lyman Locket, Human Resources Director; Chanda Washington , Benefits Analyst; Maria Carillo, Benefits Analyst
				Boardmember Gugel and Board Attorney Sorensen participated remotely via Teams videoconference.
PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments.
BUSINESS
	1.			APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the draft minutes of the December 5, 2024 Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting.

				MOTION BY Boardmember Patrick Doyle, SECONDED BY Vice Chair Jay Mathias to APPROVE the draft minutes of the December 5, 2024 Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Chair Laura Kaino, Vice Chair Jay Mathias, Boardmember Michael Gugel, Boardmember Patrick Doyle, Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Passed - Unanimously
	2.			Review, discussion and possible action on the applications and medical records for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System. Jacob Alvarez Alex Anglin Cody Bartman Anthony Clark Casey Collins Seth Gaillard Rogelio Garcia Austin Green Taylor King Jacob Kluch Deandre Llopiz Eric Longman Mike Rains Jacob Rillamas Fabian Rodriguez Nicholas Wilson The Board entered into Executive Session at 8:12 a.m. Chair Kaino reconvened the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting at 8:18 a.m.

				MOTION BY Boardmember Teresa Kuleff, SECONDED BY Vice Chair Jay Mathias to ACCEPT the applications for Jacob Alvarez, Alex Anglin, Cody Bartman, Anthony Clark, Casey Collins, Seth Gaillard, Rogelio Garcia, Austin Green, Taylor King, Jacob Kluch, Deandre Llopiz, Eric Longman, Mike Rains, Jacob Rillamas, Fabian Rodriguez, and Nicholas Wilson with pre-existing conditions for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement system. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Chair Laura Kaino, Vice Chair Jay Mathias, Boardmember Michael Gugel, Boardmember Patrick Doyle, Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Passed - Unanimously
EXECUTIVE SESSION Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda.

				MOTION BY Boardmember Teresa Kuleff, SECONDED BY Vice Chair Jay Mathias to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Chair Laura Kaino, Vice Chair Jay Mathias, Boardmember Michael Gugel, Boardmember Patrick Doyle, Boardmember Teresa Kuleff Passed - Unanimously

Acknowledge the following separations: Colin McGrath entering DROP 12/21/2024 Edward Pahl entering DROP 1/4/2025 Tony Legamaro entering DROP 1/18/2025 William Perkins entering DROP 1/18/2025 Michael Palestro retired from DROP 12/31/2024 Ronald Lilley retiring from DROP 1/29/2025 The Board acknowledged the separations listed.
