- Conduct a public hearing to consider a request to rezone approximately 66.6 acres of land generally located at the southwest corner of Litchfield Road and I-10 (the "Property") from Preliminary Planned Area Development and Planned Area Development to the Final PAD Zoning District by the adoption of the Goodyear Celebration Plaza Planned Area Development Standards and Guidelines Book dated February 7, 2023 (the "Celebration Plaza PAD").
