CHAIRMAN REMARKS (LISA PAULOS, CHAIRMAN)
Chairman Paulos highlighted the Pebblecreek Singers, directed by Commissioner Jerry Drake, and shared positive feedback about the incredible turnout at Jazz in the Park, which drew an impressive 2,500 attendees. She emphasized the importance of continuing to encourage everyone to attend and support our community events.

WELCOME NEW ALTERNATE KIMBERLY HILL AND APPOINT TO SUBCOMMITTEE (LISA PAULOS, CHAIRMAN)
Chairman Paulos extended her congratulations and warmly welcomed Kimberly Hill as the new Alternate member of the committee. Kimberly expressed her enthusiasm about joining and being part of Goodyear’s exciting journey. She was also appointed to the Programs & Education Subcommittee.

BULLARD WASH TRAIL ARTIST SELECTION (MARISSA PELLEGRINI, KIMLEY-HORNE, SEAN WOZNY, KIMLE HORNE, AND LAYNE RUIZ, ARTS & CULTURE COORDINATOR)
Marissa Pellegrini and Sean Wozny from Kimley-Horne provided an overview of the project and reviewed potential artists for selection. Marissa highlighted the Bullard Wash trail, spanning from Goodyear Square to the Ballpark pathway, and discussed the integration of public art into elements like bike racks, seating, shade, and standalone art elements that create a unique point of interest. The artists under consideration include Selbert Perkins Design, Creative Machines, Matthew Mazzotta, Theverymany, Julian Opie, Bobby Zokaites, Gordon Huether, Elmendorf/Geurts, Patrick Marold, Donald Lipski, and Blessing Hancock.
Coordinator Ruiz will prepare a presentation for the committee to review and make a decision at the next meeting. Committee members are asked to bring their top three artist selections for discussion.
5.
TRAFFIC CABINET ART APPROVAL (VARIOUS ARTISTS)
The following artists presented their Traffic Cabinet artwork for approval:
Robert Panzer – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at Camelback & 146th Ave.The committee praised Robert for his excellent depiction of Goodyear's past, present, and future, noting how well the artwork told the City's story.
Adrian Ramirez – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at W Wigwam Blvd & Indian School Rd. Adrian will be completing a wrap design. The committee discussed that Coordinator Ruiz would work with Adrian to incorporate a design from the piece onto the top of the cabinet.
Ashley Macias – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at McDowell Rd & Palm Valley Cornerstone. The committee was impressed with this piece.
Ize (Cesar Alatorre-Mena) – A couple of suggestions from the committee: remove the Goodyear logo, and his signature should be placed on the back of the box. The design will need to be reviewed by the baseball teams before final approval.
Cynthia Bluford Mejia – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at S Cotton Ln & W Commerce Dr. The committee suggested removing the Goodyear logo from the blimp, changing the date to 1946, and depicting the pages blowing in the wind to symbolize the City's continued growth.
Egypt Hagan – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at N. Estrella Pkwy & Centerra Dr. Egypt will be completing a wrap design. The committee recommended extending the feathers higher on the box and hand-painting the top of the box. Commissioner Ruiz will connect Egypt with Eli Crane to confirm the design accurately represents the concept.
Jessi Kerr – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at McDowell Rd & Country Club Dr. The committee felt this piece was beautifully presented and well executed.
Jerome Fleming – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at W Goodyear Blvd & Sherman St. The committee suggested increasing the number of butterflies in the design, noting the vibrant colors used.
Kelsey Phillips – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at Estrella and Wolfpack Way. The committee was highly impressed with this design, highlighting the amazing attention to detail.
Rebekah Unsworth – Traffic Cabinet Art Wrap located at Sarival and Harrison. The committee recommended continuing the wrap onto the top of the box and incorporating additional elements beyond just the flower.

FIRE STATION 184 ARTIST SELECTION (LAYNE RUIZ, ARTS & CULTURE COORDINATOR)
Coordinator Ruiz presented the Fire Station 184 Artist selection, which included Barbara Grygutis, Mary Lucking, and Mary Shindell. After thoughtful discussion and review of each artist's work, the committee unanimously selected Mary Shindell for the project.

Coordinator Ruiz gave a brief update and distributed handouts outlining upcoming Arts & Culture opportunities.

COMMUNICATIONS UPDATE (LISA PAULOS, COMMISSIONER)
Chairman Paulos provided a communications update on promoting upcoming events through social media. She emphasized the importance of engaging with the public at events to help spread excitement about Goodyear. Additionally, she suggested designating individuals to take photos and upload them to a shared Google Drive for easier access. Commissioners Drake and Palmer will look into marketing avenues in their PebbleCreek community to help increase visibility and promote our events.
