CALL TO ORDER
				Community Partnership Program Manager Christina Panaitescu called the Community Funding Subcommittee meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Vice Mayor Wally Campbell; Councilmember Laura Kaino; Councilwoman Vicki Gillis Staff Present: Christina Panaitescu, Grants & Neighborhood Services Supervisor; Jeremy Dyck, Neighborhood Services Manager; Guylene Ozlanski, Deputy Director Parks and Recreation; Rachel Garcia, Deputy City Manager; Heather Ernst-Torres, Administrative Assistant; Janet Hidalgo, Assistant to the council
PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments.
BUSINESS
	1.			APPROVAL OF MINUTES

				MOTION BY Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilwoman Vicki Gillis to APPROVE the draft minutes from the May 21, 2024, City Council Community Funding Review Subcommittee meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

				AYE: Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, Councilmember Laura Kaino, Councilwoman Vicki Gillis Passed - Unanimously
	2.			COMMUNITY FUNDING POLICY REVIEW
				Community Partnerships Program Manager, Christina Panaitescu, presented the current Community Relations program policy FY01 and then discussed FY25 revisions to the Community Funding policy specifically for Grant awards to nonprofit organizations.

				MOTION BY Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to APPROVE the policy for Community Funding to non-profit organizations. The motion carried by the following vote:

				AYE: Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, Councilmember Laura Kaino, Councilwoman Vicki Gillis Passed - Unanimously
