- Conduct a public hearing to consider a request to rezone approximately 284.5 acres located northeast of Estrella Parkway and Bullard Avenue (the "Property") from Planned Area Development (PAD) "2nd Restated and Amended Final Planned Area Development for Ballpark Village and Ballpark Village - South" to Planned Area Development (PAD) "3rd Restated and Amended Final Planned Area Development for Ballpark Village and Ballpark Village - South".
- Recommend approval of the request to rezone the Property to 3rd Restated and Amended Final Planned Area Development for Ballpark Village and Ballpark Village - South (January 2023), as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 2022-1563. (Christian M. Williams, Principal Planner).

- Recommend approval of a request to amend the Special Use Permit granted in 2008, a copy of which is attached hereto (the "SUP"), to allow, as a permitted operation within the property annexed by Ordinance 2008-1138 and rezoned by Ordinance 2008-1139 (the "Property"), free fall parachute trainings in addition to operating the Property as an air training facility subject to stipulations.
