CALL TO ORDER
				Mayor Pizzillo called the Regular Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

	2.			APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT   RECOMMENDATION ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-2457  APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT WITH IMAGETREND, LLC.  (Roric Massey, City Attorney)
	3.			FY2026 – FY2027 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND UNITED GOODYEAR FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 4005   RECOMMENDATION ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-2458 APPROVING A NEW MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND THE UNITED GOODYEAR FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 4005 COMMENCING ON JULY 1, 2025 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027. (Vicki Lackey, Deputy Human Resources Director and Justin Fair, Deputy City Manager)
	4.			FY2026 – FY2027 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND GOODYEAR POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION   RECOMMENDATION ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-2459 APPROVING A NEW MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND THE GOODYEAR POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION COMMENCING ON JULY 1, 2025 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027. (Vicki Lackey, Deputy Human Resources Director and Justin Fair, Deputy City Manager)
BUSINESS
	5.			COMMUNITY FUNDING POLICY FOR GRANT AWARDS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
				Christina Panaitescu, Community Partnership Program Manager, provided an overview of community funding and presented the subcommittee's recommendation, which focuses on non-grant awards to non-profit organizations. She shared that, pending council approval, the upcoming application cycle was scheduled to open on April 12, with the subcommittee reviewing submissions before presenting a recommendation to the council. Council expressed gratitude and thanked Ms. Panaitescu for bringing this forward.

				MOTION BY Councilmember Brannon Hampton, SECONDED BY Councilmember Trey Terry to ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-2460 ADOPTING THE REVISED CITY OF GOODYEAR COMMUNITY FUNDING POLICY ENTITLED “COMMUNITY FUNDING POLICY FOR GRANT AWARDS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS." The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Mayor Joe Pizzillo, Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, Councilmember Brannon Hampton, Councilmember Laura Kaino, Councilwoman Vicki Gillis, Councilmember Benita Beckles, Councilmember Trey Terry Passed - Unanimously
INFORMATION ITEMS Councilmember Hampton highlighted the Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival. He also mentioned participating in the beam signing ceremony for the new Goodyear High School.
FUTURE MEETINGS Future meetings are tentatively scheduled as follows: April 14, 2025 Council Meeting 5:00 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
	6.			Pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(A)(3)(4) & (7) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with the city’s attorney; for discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations; and for discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property involving the ADOT expansion of the Loop 303.

				MOTION BY Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Trey Terry to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

				AYE: Mayor Joe Pizzillo, Vice Mayor Wally Campbell, Councilmember Brannon Hampton, Councilmember Laura Kaino, Councilwoman Vicki Gillis, Councilmember Benita Beckles, Councilmember Trey Terry Passed - Unanimously
				Council moved into Executive Session at 6:12 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
				Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 6:50 p.m.
RECONVENE REGULAR MEETING
				Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Regular Meeting at 6:50 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
