Non-Agenda items: This is the time for citizens who would like to address the Planning & Zoning Commission on any non-agenda item within the jurisdiction of the Goodyear Planning & Zoning Commission. Please complete a speaker card and give it to the Secretary. Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Commission will listen to comments and may take any one of the following actions:

SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A MINI-STORAGE FACILITY (ABERNATHEY HOLDINGS MINI-STORAGE)
Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Special Use Permit for a mini-storage facility on an approximately 2-acre parcel, located at 1770 N. Litchfield Road, west of North Litchfield Road and north of West McDowell Road, within the Palm Valley Commerce Park and designated for commercial uses within the Palm Valley Phase II Planned Area Development (PAD) District.
Recommend approval of a request for a Special Use Permit for a mini-storage facility on Lot 8 of the Final Plat of Palm Valley Phase II Commerce Park recorded on February 13, 2007 in the official records of Maricopa County at Book 900 of Maps Page 33 (Instrument 2007-0178682) ("the Property") subject to stipulations. Conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Use Permit for a hospital facility on an approximately 2.75-acre parcel, zoned PAD (Planned Area Development) with C-2 (General Commercial) underlying zoning and located at 1375 North Litchfield Road.
Recommend approval of the request for a Use Permit for the development of an approximate 46,300 square-foot hospital facility on an approximately 2.75-acre parcel, zoned PAD (Planned Area Development) with C-2 (General Commercial) underlying zoning and located at 1375 North Litchfield Road (the "Property") subject to stipulations. Conduct a public hearing to consider a request to rezone approximately 104 acres from the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District to the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District with a Planned Area Development (PAD) Overlay for the Stream Data Center Campus; and,
Recommend approval of the request to rezone approximately 104 acres from the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District to the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District with a Planned Area Development (PAD) Overlay for the Stream Data Center Campus, as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 2023-1574.
