Consider Ordinance No. 2021-O0183, for Zone Case 3309-B, a request of AMD Engineering, LLC for Lubbock Land Company, for a zone change from Single-Family District (R-1) Specific Use to Two-Family District (R-2), generally located south of 116th Street and east of Louisville Avenue, on 8.99 acres of unplatted land out of Block E-2, Section 22.
