Ordinance 2nd Reading - Planning:
Consider Ordinance No. 2021-O0143, for Zone Case 3446, a request of AMD Engineering, LLC for NWP EB-5 Project, LLC, for a zone change from Single-Family District (R-1) to Two-Family District (R-2) and High-Density Apartment District (A-2), at 5601 Ursuline Street, located south of Ursuline Street and east of Frankford Avenue, on 134.45 acres of unplatted land out of Block JS, Section 6.
On September 28, 2021, the City Council approved the first reading of the ordinance.
For detailed information on this request, please refer to the Planning Department Staff Report attached hereto. As noted in the report, staff recommends approval of the request. The Planning and Zoning Commission heard this case on September 2, 2021, and recommended approval of the request by a vote of 7-0-1.
