Airport staff and the Airport Advisory Board recommend Amendment No. 6 with Parkhill of Lubbock, Texas, for professional architectural/engineering services for the PCI Survey and Airfield Pavement Management Program at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.
The project will take 8 months from the Notice to Proceed.
