Item Summary
The City Council authorized Construction Contract 14949, with Landmark Structures, LP, on April 14, 2020, for the construction of the 2-Million Gallon Elevated Storage Tanks located at 50th Street and Milwaukee Avenue, for $10,640,600 and 610 days. Notice to Proceed was given on May 7, 2020.
Change Order No.1 was a time-only change order for an additional 30 days of construction time and was executed on September 28, 2021.
The purpose of Change Order No. 2 is to reconcile all pay items, including all overruns and underruns and contract modifications. The net decrease in contract price due to Change Order No. 2 is $85,755.30, with an additional 233 days of construction days, due to supply chain issues outside the control of the contractor.
