The proposed project will relocate roughly 1,100 linear feet of a 16-inch potable water line along Upland Avenue, between Marsha Sharp Freeway and 78th Street, ahead of the Upland Avenue Roadway Expansion Project. On September 26, 2021, the City of Lubbock released an Invitation to Bid (ITB), seeking qualified contractors to perform construction services for the Upland Avenue Water Line Relocation Capital Improvements Project.
