Consider a request for Zone Case 763-C, a request of Frank Hayward for Austin M. Carrizales, Tory Brueggeman, Anthony and Rebecca Guajardo, Glaytus Lee Rumsey, Daniel and Sherri Henley, and John and Mary Jan Beakley, for a zone change from Single-Family District (R-1) to Commercial-Apartment District (CA) at 5201, 5202, 5203, 5204 70th Street and 7004 Slide Road, located west of Slide Road and south of 69th Street, Ranch Acres Addition, Lots 1, 2, and 16, and the east 116.12 feet of Lot 15, and consider an ordinance.
