Item Summary

On November 1, 2022, the City Council approved a resolution adopting the Municipal Service Plan, which was agreed upon by the City of Lubbock and the property owners. The next step in the voluntary annexation process is to hold a public hearing. Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider an ordinance annexing approximately 17.33 acres, adjacent to the southern city limits of the City of Lubbock, north of Woodrow Road and west of Quaker Avenue.
