Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 16162, with Landmark Structures I, L.P., for construction of the 87th Street and 3rd Street 2.0 Million Gallon Elevated Storage Tanks.
Item Summary
The purpose of this project is to construct two new 2 Million Gallon (MG) Elevated Storage Tanks (EST) as planned in CIP project 92753.
In response to RFP 16162-TF, one proposal was received and opened on December 2, 2021. The proposal was as follows:
