Parkhill was selected for this project based on their expertise in these types of facilities, and overall ranking throughout the RFQ selection process. The City met with Parkhill and negotiated the proposed contract for an hourly sum total of $436,300, and a lump sum amount of $147,800 for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, IT/AV, Security Consulting, and an estimated $15,000 in reimbursable expenses. The proposed duration of the contract is for a term of 14 months, or the completion of the activities, whichever shall occur last.
