Jennifer Ripka, engagement partner with Weaver, gave a presentation and answered questions from City Council on the FY 2021-22 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) as it relates to the audit process, audit cycle, and audit results and communications. Mr. Kostelich gave a presentation on the FY 2021-22 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) as it relates to General Fund revenues, expenditures, fund balance and current ratios; Enterprise Funds including Lubbock Power & Light, Water/Wastewater, Storm Water, and the Airport; and the City of Lubbock debt profile and pension plan results. Jarrett Atkinson, city manager, gave comments and answered questions from City Council. |
