Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 15740, with West Texas Services, dba Tom’s Tree Place, for landscape maintenance services in the Bell Farms Public Improvement District.
Item Summary
This contract is for the maintenance of the landscaping and irrigation in 3 parks in the Bell Farms Public Improvement District (PID). The contract is for a term of one year, with the option of 4, one-year extensions, for an annual cost not to exceed $40,000. The Bell Farms PID Advisory Board approved this contract at their January 15, 2021 Regular Board Meeting, and recommend approval by the Lubbock City Council.
Fiscal Impact
The Bell Farms PID will fund the cost of the maintenance agreement. $40,000 was approved in the FY 2020-21 Operating Budget, with $40,000 available for this purpose.
