This is an existing grant. Amendment No. 2 revises Attachment B, Program Services and Unit Rates, adds funding to serve additional clients, processes the Fiscal Year 2022 lump sum payment, in accordance with Attachment B, and updates certain contract terms and conditions. The state-allotted funding increased the amount to $5,877,216 for State Fiscal Years 2020-2025. The Amendment shows Budget Fiscal Yyears 2020-2025. We are currently in State Fiscal Year 2023. A 5% match is required for each Fiscal Year. A budget amendment has already been approved by the City Council for this grant. This document requires an electronic signature. |
