7:30 a.m. - City Council convenes in open session in Council Workroom 101A, Citizens Tower, 1314 Avenue K, Lubbock, Texas.

Participation in the Central Business District Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Board Meeting: City Council will attend and participate in discussion during the meeting of the Central Business District Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Board, in which the Board will consider the following matters:
 
 
             
1.   CITIZEN COMMENTS
 
1. 1.   Any citizen wishing to appear before a regular meeting of the CBD TIF Advisory Board, regarding any matter posted on the agenda below, shall complete the sign-up form provided at the meeting, no later than 7:30 a.m. Speakers may only address items listed on the current agenda. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes maximum, and if there are more than three speakers who wish to address the same item, the Board reserves the right to limit speakers. THE BOARD CANNOT DELIBERATE OR ACT ON MATTERS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA.
 
2.   MINUTES
 
2. 1.   The Board will approve the minutes from the Regular Central Business District TIF Board Meeting of March 24, 2022; and the Special Central Business District TIF Board Meeting of April 12, 2022.
 
3.   REGULAR SESSION
 
3. 1.   The Board will consider and take appropriate action on the Financial Report.
 
3. 2.   The Board will consider and take appropriate action on the Proposed FY 2022-23 CBD TIF Budget.
 
3. 3.   The Board will consider and take appropriate action on a Budget Transfer related to the Downtown Police Program.
 
3. 4.   The Board will consider and take appropriate action on a Request for Qualifications for the creation of a Historic District in Downtown.
 
3. 5.   The Board will consider and take appropriate action on a Request for Qualifications for the development of Convention Center Hotel.
 
3. 6.   The Board will consider and take appropriate action on a recommendation for a new CBD TIF Board member.
