Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Community Development Funding Contract 16059, and all related documents, through the Emergency Solutions Grant Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act CARES (ESG-CV) administered by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), with the Salvation Army of Lubbock, to provide services to qualified low to moderate income persons and families experiencing homelessness.
