c) effective fuel and purchased power agreements and fuel transportation arrangements and contracts;
• Discuss and deliberate purchased power agreements and fuel matters.
d) risk management information, contracts, and strategies, including fuel hedging and storage;
• Discuss and deliberate risk management strategies.
e) plans, studies, proposals, and analyses for system improvements, additions, or sales (other than transmission and distribution system improvements inside the service area for which the public power utility is the sole certificated retail provider);
f) customer billing, contract, and usage information, electric power pricing information, system load characteristics, and electric power marketing analyses and strategies.

Lubbock 101 Class of 2023 Jarrett Atkinson, city manager, presented the Lubbock 101 Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony, thanked the various City of Lubbock departments that participated in the program, and introduced the following graduates who were in attendance from the Class of 2023: Aurora Banuelas; Addison Barthold; Kathleen Burrell; Pamela Chestnut; Brandan Fokken; Adam Hernandez; Dina Jeffries; Amy Rose King; Kyle McNeese; Andrea Parker; Alex Phillips; Bailey Ratcliffe; Allison Roberts; Mike Rowley; Dennis Satterwhite; Russell Winn. Gregory Bly was unable to attend. Brian Bearden, water utilities maintenance manager, presented awards to: Dennis Satterwhite, 2nd place for the ball and pin challenge; Allison Roberts, 1st place for the ball and pin challenge; and Alex Phillips, who won the drawing for the "Lubbock 101" street sign for perfect attendance. |
