Survey, Abstract No. 1385, Lubbock County, Texas (Parcel A), located on the west side of Upland Avenue, between 61st Street and 63rd Street, to be utilized for the 2022 Street Bond Project.

Alfred Arthur Brockopp, Jr., Kimberli Ann Austin, Tiffany Kay Austin, Judy Alsup, Sherry Patton Brady, Patty Kay Patton Wright, Carolyn Sue Price Thornton, and Delia Renee O’Donnell are dedicating right-of-way to the City of Lubbock, to be utilized for roadway improvements on the Upland Avenue: 50th Street to 66th Street Capital Improvements Bond Project, located on the west side of Upland Avenue, between 61st Street and 63rd Street. The proponents will dedicate 4,042 square-feet of land for street right-of-way purposes, at the cost of approximately $1.26 per square foot, for a land cost of $5,114.00, plus the cost of repairs required with roadway improvements of $2,886.00, for a split rail vinyl fence. This transaction is subject to final approval by the City Council and approval of title.

Fiscal Impact

The cost of land acquisition is $8,000.00 plus closing costs, and is funded in Capital Improvement Project 92824, Upland Avenue: 50th Street to 66th Street – 22B.
